If you are not happy with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
In its original condition
With all original packaging or tags, if included
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or other use may not be accepted for return.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as NERØ is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges may depend on product availability.
If you need a different size, please contact us and we will let you know if an exchange is possible.
Limited Drops
NERØ products may be released in limited quantities. Because of this, size exchanges and replacements may not always be available.
